fp 2003 : can not publish from webserver to hard drive

I upgrade on my computer at home from fp 2000 to fp 2003; I used to
publish my website from work to home to work a bit at home but now fp
2003 says: (I translate ) " there is a fault while trying to get
access to the site-files from Windows SharePoint Services".

i never had this when publishing the website from the webserver from
work to my harddrive at home, using fp 2000 with my password from
work: it always worked: (there are extensions fp 98 at the server at
work - not microsoft)

Why is he referring to Windows SharePoint Services , what does it mean
?

After an upgrade always do a Publish All
- before you start clear all web cache folders
In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
