FP 2000 SR 1 keeps trying to install itself

When I go to dictionary.com, and at random other times, I get a popup
window that says Windows Installer wants to intall Frontpage 2000 SR1.
It takes several clicks and repopups before I can get that window to
go away.

I do have SR1 already installed.

Means anything as far as my computer running all the time now at 1/4
speed?

Something is corrupt in the FP Install
In FP try Help Detect & Repair or reinstall the SP when asked to do it next time
