FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD

Hi

I've recently bought a new Pnansonic Digital I Pod, A Motorola V3 phone and
an I pod. Only the phone connects. Everything else is not recognised and I
cannot ad new hardware and once the message "found new hardware" came up for
the ipod but kept asking me to 'insert disk'. What's going on? Why can't I
add these items? My computer used to detect new hardware and automatically go
into the connect wizard? I have Dell 2350 and windows XP

The ipod should have come with the installtion disk...
so insert it when propmpted

I pod disk just installs quick time and I tunes. Does not recognise the i
pod. Found New Hardware does not recognise the disk when prompted

hmmm
maybe you need to contact the mfg
