found New Hardware Wizard

I need help, I installed a printer on my computer with no
problems. The problem is I can't close the "Found New
Hardware Wizard" everytime I click on finish the window
pops back onto my desk top. I don't know what the problem
could be. Any solutions.

Hi Gwen.

Is it a USB printer?

If it is try deleting the USB host controller and the USB Root hub from
device manager. then Reboot your computer and install the printer that
should sort you out.

If its not a USB printer. Log on to your computer with the administrator
account with the printer turned off then delete the printer. after the
printer is deleted reconnect and switch on the Printer then install the
Printer software.
