As I was cleaning up my system I found the
file "keylog_test.exe". Its located in the
\windows\system32 folder but I can't search and find
it... I have tried everything I can think of... Does
anyone know where this file came from and how to get rid
of it...

If it can't be deleted I would try renaming it to keylog_test.exe.old for instance.. reboot and delete it

Did you try actually going to the Windows\System32 folder and looking for the file directly? Is there an error message when you boot, about the file not being found? Is the entry in MSCONFIG checked or unchecked? And what tab is it found under? Startup, WIN.INI??
