Foster Parent

Occassionally when I shut down I get a message that the program Foster Parent
is shutting down.

I can't find any reference to this on my system. When I google it I get
references to Foster Parent or adoption programs - not computer programs

I am concerned that this may be spyware.

Has anyone ever heard of this or seen the message?
