Forwarding VCF details in Outlook

Recipients of vcf details exported from outlook can view my confidential
comments, even though they don't appear on 'Sent' message.
 
Bummer!

Care to share some details like how you are "exporting" the .vcf files and
the version of Outlook you are using?
