In Outlook/Contacts/VCF/Details

First time wanting to send a VCF as an attachment...In a test email sent to
myself, when I clicked on Details, all my emails appear to be here. How do I
not show that to the recipient...Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

You won't send the data to anyone. Prove it to yourself. Open the VCF in
Notepad and look. It's an ASCII text file. You won't see any of that data
there.
