Hello
When you open up the mail that you want to forward, the "forward" button should show on the top tool bar. If it doesn't, you can find it by clicking on the dark blue down arrow at the far right of the tool bar. This will let you add more buttons to the existing tool bar. It may be that your forward button is simply hidden
