Forwarding e-mail with attachment Outlook 2007

Whenever I try to forward a message with an attachment, it just goes to the
Outbox and stays there. I finally have to go to Work Offline and delete it
before I can send any other e-mail. How can I fix this?

It depends on the size of the attachment and also how big your .pst file is.
You may also have a size limit that you can send with your ISP.
