hi Guys,

In my office I am working on an exchange mailbox configured on outlook 2003.
When I right click a contacts and send it to my collegue -> He receives them
as contacts and is able to open it using a contact form. When I send it to
my friend who is also using outlook @ home -> he views the contact as a mail
attachment, he is also using outlook 2003.I have tried sending a saved
contact from my outlook pst as well - yields the same results. Is this a bug
or can we make it work.

I would be grateful if a MVP takes some time and replies to this question.

THanks and cheers,

Sam

For your friend, use the Forward as vCard command.

No, it's not a bug. You're just leaving out a couple of critical steps (see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sendform.htm ) I thought you'd appreciate knowing the easy way to accomplish your goal.
