Forwarded Message sent many times

Second time this has happened. First time I thought it was a fluke.

I received a message with an mpeg file attached. I forwarded it to a bunch
of folks.

Some received it 25 times. I got error messages back that it was too large.
I thought this was a server error.

Happened again today. Got another mpeg file; forwarded it. Several folks
got it 6 times. I'm only sending it once. What's going on?

The most frequent cause of this is that you're scanning outgoing messages
with an antivirus scanner. Turn that off. Also increase your server
timeout value on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages and your
send/receive interval.
