forwarded email w/jpg/pdf files stay in outbox and do not send

most of time emails with jpg, pdf or other media/vidieo files never leave
outbox; if they do the email is sent numerous times.

what can i do to change this

The usual cause of this is scanning your outgoing mail with an antivirus
scanner which, by the way, is completely pointless becaue it can never
detect an infection. If you were infected, your AV program would have told
you before that point, if it could detect the infection at all.

Uninstall your AV program completely, then reinstall it without any mail
scanning feature.

Thanks...I checked and I do not have any email scanning feature on my AVP

Try starting Outlook once in safe mode and see if that makes a difference.
Hold Ctrl while you start Outlook.
