You need third party software for this, and in testing we've never found one
that was consistant and reliable, honestly. Check out

I can't vouch for it with Outlook 2007 since I don't use any third party
software to work with Outlook nor do I use Outlook 2007. Didn't you say you
were using Outlook XP (2002)?
