Prevent forwarding

In Lotus Notes there is a way to prevent a message from being forwarded or
printed.
Is there such a feature in Outlook.
We are working in Outlook 2000.

Outlook 2003 purports to have that capability, but I can't see how it would
be possible to enforce it in all cases.

I was curious about that myself with Lotus Notes.
If it goes to another type of service...AOL, Juno...ANYTHING how is it
supposed to know NOT to forward or NOT to print.
I can see it working within your own system, but once it gets outside that
known system...anything goes!!
