Forward Zone not updating Reverse Zone is

I have a Standard Primary Forward Lookup zone and a
Standard Secondary Forward Lookup zone on another server.
Both are set to allow zone transfers between the two.
However, while my Reverse zone transfers fine, my Forward
zones do not transfer at all. I am unable to add records
to the secondary and I cannot get the host records from my
primary to transfer. Any idea why this isn't working?

Any Event log errors?

Have you tried deleting the secondary zone and re-creating it?

You can also try to explicitly state the IP in the allow zone transfer tab.
