Forward with Attachment Rule

We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 which installs a rule to Forward as
Attachment all email to its own Exchange mailbox.

This works fine but the Outlook clients (2003) mark the emails as read,
which is causing much confusion!

I can't see anyway of stopping this from happening, can anyone sufggest a way?

Why do you forward as attachment to a separate mailbox?
You might want to consider server side forwards on the AD object instead of
using rules. Contact your mail admin for this.
 
I have no idea! The MS CRM Exchange Router has a 'Rules Deployment Wizard'
which once completed has deposited this rule in all of our CRM users Outlook
Clients.

Aha, I see now. You might want to ask in a CRM newsgroup if this indeed is
the normal behavior in their approach.
