forward email issue

Help, I can not find an answer to this. A friend is sending emails through
the forward process. She selects forward and selects TO: then adds the
contacts to send the email to. Ok so far. Problem is we get nothing in the
email when received. There is nothing in the subject line and not text. She
is 82 yrs. old and has been struggling for weeks to find out how come no one
is receiving the emails with text. Now she can send a composed email and it
is received properly. What setting have been messed with this to cause the
problem. Poor thing is going nuts.
