Forward a message as an Attachment in Outlook 2003

Is there any way to forward a message as an attachment in Outlook 2003? I
have looked through help files and have gotten some good tips but I can not
find anything one way or the about forwarding as an attachment. Thanks for
any help or advice.

Go to tools>options under the preferences tab click on e-mail options. In
the section where it says 'when replying to a message' change that to
'attach original message'

Create the new message and drag the old to the body of the new.
