Forum preferences setup

Is there any forum-preference-setup possible that would allow me to see the
latest posts and/or answers first ?

Sort on the sent column, and set your view to group conversations.

Not unless you are using Windows Mail (or another newsgroup reader) to view
the messages. You are using the web interface. There is not much you can do
with that.
