Hi, I have two speadsheets. One with my bank statement and on with my girlfriends. I am trying to make it to where my balance shows on hers and her balance shows up on mine. Is there anyway to do this.

Get married then YOU won't have a balance to worry about<g>

Open both workbooks then Window>New Window>Arrange>Vertical.

You should have both workbooks side by side in the window.

In a cell on your workbook(sheet) where you want her balance placed enter an
equal(=) sign.

Select her workbook(sheet) balance cell and hit <ENTER>.

Do same other way around.

Cells and workbooks are are now linked.

Save both workbooks.
