I have a problem when trying to reply using an organizational form. The form
can be filled out and sent to the distribution groups, but I have several
users that when they hit the "reply" or "reply all" they get an error message
stating that "the form you selected cannot be displayed". All of the users
effected are running Outlook 2003 (all service packs and patches are in
place) from an Exchange 2003 server. I have tried all of the Microsoft fixes
(Artical 320835, and 840393) but still getting the same error. What is really
maddening is that this is only happening on 3 users out of 85. All of the
users are running the same operating system (XP SP2 fully patched), same
anti-virus software, and some of the additional programs are different.

What form is specified for the Reply and Reply to All actions on the
(Actions) page of the form, in design mode? Have you done a Detect and
Repair?

The action is set "Respect user's default" and we have tried to repair the
form.

But what form? Is it the default Message form or a custom form?

Custom, using a default as the template. The problem does not effect every
user, only 3 out of about 85.
