Does anyone know of a way to make a FORM that will work BOTH as a FORM and
also as a print-out-and- fill-in-by-hand FORM? I'd like to send a form to
our reps that can either be printed out and filled in or used as a true form
(e.g., protected with only form fields accessibility). If it is used as a
true form, the extra lines (for those who wish to print out the form and fill
it in) will be a nuisance. Must I just decide one way or the other how this
form should be used... or make two forms... one for each use? Thanks and God
