I have a form on each page with a sumbit button. when I publish the files
from Frontpage, and later I want to edit the in Frontpage, the form dash line
around my form disappears.

Every time I edit the website in frontpage I have to redo the form.
Every time. Do u know why?

Post a URL to the page w/ the form
- usually caused by illegally nesting the form tags
