publish website from frontpage instead of ftp

i have been using frontpage to publish my website after having some problems
with my form someone told me to publish my website using a ftp program. now
that i did that frontpage will not allow me to open or edit the website.
please help!

Using FTP corrupts the extensions. You need to contact your host to do a
health check and/or reinstall the extensions.

That is because you have corrupted the FP extensions by using FTP. You need to contact your web host
to have the FP extensions removed and then re-installed to your account, then do not use FTP.

I hope that you let "someone" know the trouble that they caused.
