Is there a way to receive forms with the results easier to read? Text with
spaces instead of one long word.

Can you post a URL to one of these forms that creates "one long word" ??

Here is what we are talking about.
standard format I guess. I have tried everything and no matter how I do it
the results are still all in a row with no spaces and the client wants it
easier to read.

1. You can not have spaces in your field names, use the underscore character.

2. I am not understanding the issue, based on what you are showing below. Each field is showing as
separate line item, which is normal. What is it that your client is looking for, can you modify your
example to show what your client wants?

Here is what she says: Do you understand what she is saying?
thanks,
Lisa
I have a client that wants spaces between each answer and there is like 4
sections so wants it easy to read but you know when I get forms all the
questions/answers are in the same font in a row and hard to read....well to
her it is. Hers is a booking form for a transport company and she says
it's too hard for the drivers to read printed out like that.

Ok, if she is looking for something like the following, this is not possible when using the FP Form
Handler. Requires a custom written form handler written in a server-side script, such as ASP,
ASP.Net, PHP, etc. to accomplish plus you have more formatting option then my example below:

Sorry, I only work with Classic ASP on Windows IIS servers.

The form can still be created with FP, it just needs to process with PHP, etc. to format and send
the email.

sounds like you need to do something like a database and use the results
wizard in Frontpage to extract and display the information. As it is
sending the info to the email, it is going to be like what you've already
show (and what you client doesn't want.

for example take a look here, I've used simply the Database Results Wizard,
jazzed up with my own design:

http://www.southern.perth.anglican.org/clergy.asp
or perhaps something more like this:
http://www.southern.perth.anglican.org/searchCat.asp

The DRW uses ASP on a Windows server.

If you have a unix server then consider these Perl scripts

www.ezscripting.co.uk
a suite of scripts read, write, edit, search etc to a flat-file database.
