Form Results

I need to find a way to get the results from forms that will be easier to
read. Right now you can't use spaces and it looks like one long word. We
have our clients fill out the forms, then have our drivers try to read it,
but it's too hard.
Anyone have any suggestions how to get the results where it is easier to
read. Or is there another form tool out there to use?

How are you processing the form data, and what data format have choose, since spaces should not be
an issue?
