Forms not working

I can not get an upload file form to work. I have set the folder properties
to allow anonymous uploads and have checked the form properties. They seem
right with regards to all the tutorials I have read. The error I get is,
"Front Page error: contact the site's administrator. Webmaster: see the
application event log. There is nothing in the log. I am publishing the
site to localhost - the computer I am working in FrontPage on is also the
server. I have a results form working for a database. However, none of the
other forms I try to create work. Also, I had a discussion that was working
and now won't work. The only thing I changed were permissions on the server.
I had the parent site of the discussion as restricted access - I changed
this back to anonymous access. I appreciate any help. This is starting to
drive me crazy!

I don't know if the upload file thing works when publishing to your own
computer. It needs to run on a web server that has enabled this particular
component in the server extensions.

The computer I am working on does have FrontPage Extensions and SharePoint
Services installed. I have a search form for a database working. This
indicates to me that the server extensions are working.

This is a good tutorial. I followed it step by step but with the same result
- FrontPage error. The trouble shooting section of this article is of little
help. I am going to try reinstalling FrontPage Server extenstions and
SharePoint Services. Thanks.
