Forms Issue

I am using Front Page 2003. I'm trying something I haven't done before. I
developed and uploaded a form in which I collect certain information for our
church from our members. I'm having test data from the submitted form
e-mailed to my secretary. She receives the data fine. But when I go back to
our website and call
up the form again to enter a new set of test data, in the area right below
the bottom of the form, all the data I input into the form the previous time
appears. I can't have the next user of the form see the previous user's
information.

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?

Sound like you set up a guest book instead of a feedback form. Suggest you start over and create a
new form based on the feedback form template.
