Can I post a form for other people to update a database without them having
to have Microsoft Access?

Thanks. I was told told that it could be done by my Management, who doesn't
know much about it, but I haven't read that and couldn't find anything on it.

However, there is some way to do this sort of thing using A2007 and
outlook.
I believe the forms are created in outlook, but I haven't tried it myself.

You can't do that just using Access. There are other tools you could use
to build an application that could collect data in a format that Access
could then import. The obvious one for an Access user would be VB but
you could use any general-purpose programming language..
