Forms Email results

I have a few websites with the same host and recently I built a form just
like I have on most of my other sites and I noticed that I was getting a
error message when I tested the form online....After fooling with it I notice
that if I removed the email address or any email address that was to received
the results that I DID NOT get the error...then I noticed that it was
occurring on websites that I had previously built where it was working
fine...I recently ask the host to allow for my sites to use php..could this
be the problem? right now I can only get results to a file, which isn't too
bad but I would rather be notified of a submissioin

Sounds like you host disable the FP Form Handler ability to send email.
