forms and email

I am setting up forms like order forms for customers to ask for quotes on
products. In my form i ask for them to please put email address, most people
don't.
I cannot answer the questions with out their email address. When I hit reply
the email address that comes up is our company's. How do i get the customers
email address with the reply button? Is there another way to set up the form?

Being new at Front Page and having to upload to Sitebuilder, how do I do this?

Double click the field, then click "Validate..." Check the "Data Length"
box and put in the min/max length required for the field. eg 10 characters
minimum or whatever....
