How would I format a computer with and old BIOS, FAT32,
and the winXP upgrade disk? I have made a bootdisk. If
you can help, please bput the steps in a 1. 2. 3. form. I
upgraded from Win98 and I do no have the installation
disk. It's needs to be formatted bad.

pretty sure win XP prompts for what to do with the disk
during install, it asks if it should format NTFS or FAT or
leave it alone. but, if you dont have a way to format
from floppy, you could FDISK to erase all
