formatting the looks of the database

Hi Kevin

Regarding your problem below - have you tried this

Click on the Gray block on name of the Field you want - ie
Company Name
The Right Click for a dialog box to appear
then Select FREEZE COLUMNS

then you can scroll accross and still c the company names
etc.

Let me know if tat is what you meant.

That actually helps quite a bit. I still would like to
make the database to look a little more pleasing, and
easier to read. Any ideas?

You'll need to display the data on a continuous form rather than just
using the table's datasheet (which it sounds as if you are doing at
present). There is downloadable code for alternating the colours at
http://www.lebans.com/alternatecolordetailsection.htm
