Formatting text boxes

Is there anyway that I can have the exact same text box appear in the exact
same place in multiple pages of a report? I want it to act as a type of
header, but I do not want to use any of the headers already in Word. Thanks.

You can accomplish your aim by putting the text box into the header or
footer layer (it cannot be formatted as In line with text though -- it must
have one of the floating formats that allows you to drag it to the desired
location). Note that floating graphics placed into the header/footer layer
are not limited to showing up only at the top or bottom of the page. Don't
think of Headers and Footers as some kind of set text that's "already in
Word." Instead, think of the Header/Footer layer as another tool that gives
you additional flexibility in document construction -- for the purpose you
describe, for background images, for watermarks, etc.
