formatting partition

When I installed XP on a new computer, I created 3 partitions. Now that XP is up and running, how do I format the other 2 partitions?
 
Right click on My Computer and select Manage.

On the following screen, select Disk Management. They should all show up on
the right hand side and you can partition, format and assign drive letters
from here.
