Formatting LegalNoticeText ???

Hi,
is there a way to format the LegalNoticeText ?
It is the text that appears BEFORE you log on WinXP.
See HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\.....\Winlogon\LegalNoticeText

Hi,
Using Regedit navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Double click on the following value names and remove it's value data.
