formatting hard drive

i am trying to format my dell inspiron 1501 using windows vista premium and
dont know how to format to where i dont have many copies of windows vista
right now i am using up all my space by trying to reinstall windows vista and
dont know how to get rid of them and have my maching back to the way it was
when i bought it which was 7 months ago i tried restore but it didnt work i
just want to format my main hard drive but it said i cant cause i am using
that versiion of windows. if someone could email at (e-mail address removed)
how to do this i would really appreciate it thanks

Simply follow the Recovery or Restoration instructions provided by the
computer's manufacturer. Consult the manual that came with the computer
or the manufacturers web site.
