Formatting external drive with FAT32

I am trying to re-format an ARCHOS Jukebox after it carshed. ARCHOS says it
needs to be in FAT32 but it is not an option in the format dialog box. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You did not say what model Jukebox you have. If it is the 400, go to your
screen SETUP>SYSTEM then press and hold the right function button for at
least three seconds. A button "Format HD" should appear.

Navigate to the Archos Technology website. Under Support you will find the
manuals. Download the one for your Jukebox (requires Adobe Reader) and
towards the end of the manual you should find instructions for formatting
the hard drive. I don't think it is done with the computer, I think it is a
function in your Jukebox operating system (which is likely embedded DOS).
