Formatting Error

Hi,

In my word file if i bold, under line or chaning the font etc. then all the
letters in tge word files get changed . This problem is with some files only.
I tried to copy the content to another new document and checked it again ,
there was also the same problem.

Could you pls advise me?

This also worked for me. Thanks. But I would like to know why it suddenly
started happening ? Also I have version 2003 and these instructions did not
work although it gave me the clue as to what to do to correct the problem. W
