I have lots of double density disks 713KBs
Windows XP does not let me format these.
Can you help please

Try using the command window (start / run "cmd") and the
command to format 720 KB DD

"format a: /v:name/f:720" if this doesn't work use
"format a: /n:9/t:80"

Open a cmd window and enter "format /?" to see the supported
commands.
