FORMATTING CONVERTED PDF

Ihave large documents to convert from word to pdf, my problem is the
formatting onced converted. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way of
formatting either before or after conversion.

The PDF should be a graphical facsimile of the document as it appears in
Word Print Preview. It is not intended to be edited or formatted. If there
are any minor discrepancies between document and PDF, set the active printer
to the Adobe driver which will allow the document to reformat to that driver
before creating the PDF. Don't use fonts that the recipients of the PDF are
unlikely to have installed unless you are prepared (and able) to embed the
fonts which may impose some copyright issues.
