Formatting anMS Access report in Excel

To Anyone,

Can someone direct me on how to format an MS Excel file
based on info from from an MS Access table?

Perhaps there is a better way to do this...but, what I do,
is make a macro (in excel) that Formats the report. Save
this macro, and whenever you download an Access report in
Excel, open the macro and run it on your newly downloaded
report. Maybee not the correct way, but it'll format your
report in 2 seconds.
