How do I format a new CDRW? I have Quicken and need to download my account
to my son living in another state, add data and bring it back home. Can you
help? Karen E

Hi Karen,

If your son has e-mail, the easiest way to transfer the files is to zip the directory they are in and e-mail them.

If you really want to write to a CD, I would strongly recommend that you not use packet writing software. Use a program like
Easy Creator or Nero. Packet written CDs for the most part can only be read by other machines that have the same software
installed on it.
