When I link a worksheet, the format does not follow and I have ALL selected, any idea on how to make the format follow
 
You can't, if you mean that if Sheet1A23 is red and you link to it and
expect the
cell where you link from to be red as well..

Same there, won't work I'm afraid.. Which I personally think is sensible..
