Formating new hard drive

I have just install a new S ATA hard drive. Setup drives were successfully
installed; however, I am not able to access the drive. There is no drive
letter assigned. I am not able to use software that came with the hard drive
with Vista Ultimate. Where in Window Vista Ultimate are the tools for
formating the new hard drive. Thank for any assistant provided

Everton,

Right click Computer (formerly My Computer), select Manage and then Disk
Management.
