format of e-mail forms

Hello,

I need emailed forms to come to me in the following format:

email: "(e-mail address removed)"

Instead I am getting:

"email"
"(e-mail address removed)"

How can I change it so that I get the information in a format that enables
my e-mail processor to parse the information correctly.
 
Not possible when using the FP Form Handler to control the format of the emailed received.
