Fax phone numbers appear as e-mail addresses

When I create a new message and chose an e-mail address by clicking on the
"To" box, I get two e-mail addresses from all the contacts that have a fax
number. One is the "normal" e-mail address, for example, (e-mail address removed)
and the other is and address with his fax number as domain, for example,
johndoe@+145654654654, being the number after the @ his fax number. How can I
prevent this from happening? It just adds clutter to my e-mail address list
on the "To" dialog box. Thanks.

Hi,
The contact appears twice in your contacts folder to choose
it if you want to send a fax. You can do that from the fax program
the same way as you do when sending an e-mail message.
If you do not use this option and keep the fax numbers of your contacs
for information only, do not enter them in the Fax-Number field but
choose a field the program is not using ( like "Other") This way the
fax numbers will not open in the contacts list when clicking TO:.
