How do I separate Email add. and Fax num. in 'Select Name' dialog

When sending an e-mail to someone, you click on the "To:" button and are
directed to your address box entries and asked to 'Select Names'

If you have an e-mail address and fax number in their respective info box,
the name will appear twice. I don't like that. I want it to only show the
name once - for the e-mail address.

I will send the message and find that it was sent to a fax number,
therefore, it doesn't work.

Please help!
