I want to create a form similar to a guestbook where people can enter
information. I want to set the form so the person's email address is emailed
to me but not posted to the page. Any ideas?
 
set up your form manually (Insert > Form etc); (don't use the *actual* guest
book feature) and set the properties to send it to your email address
